Supporting you to bloss.m
Our long-term mentoring programme in which young women are paired with female mentors from various organisations. The programme exists to provide young women with the opportunities, tools and resources required to be inspired to dream big, expand their horizons and believe in their abilities to succeed.
bloss.m's 6 to 8 month mentorship programme pairs young women aged 17-21 with accomplished female mentors from leading companies. This program is designed to empower young women to dream big, explore new possibilities, and achieve their goals.
This programme will give you the skills, knowledge and support you need to achieve your goals. You will be paired with an accomplished female mentor who will guide you along the way. You will also be part of a supportive community of young women who are all working to make a difference.

Our community’s experiences
My favourite part was getting to meet my mentor in person for the first time as well as many of my fellow mentees. I believe that this was the perfect way to end the programme and I’m forever grateful for the experience.
