bInspired connects women aged 17 to 25 with mentors at our partner organisations for six to eight months of one-to-one mentoring and workshops. Our programme is designed to foster the kind of community that sticks with you long after it finishes.

Our bInspired programme has been supported by:

bInspired is our flagship mentoring programme for ambitious young women who are ready to grow.

bInspired was built for curious, driven women who are ready for more but haven't yet had the mentors, networks, or opportunities that should come with that ambition. Over six to eight months, every mentee is matched with a mentor at one of our partner organisations using our intelligent bInspired Matching Tool. Pairs meet at least once a month, virtually or in person, to work on the goals that matter most to the mentee.

Alongside the one-to-one mentoring, participants get access to workshops, training, networking events, and the option to join bInnovative, our skills-focused sub-programme.

We've designed bInspired around three key pillars:

Learning and development

Workshops, training, and one-to-one mentoring focused on confidence, leadership, communication, wellbeing — and the practical skills that take you further faster.

Community and networking

A network of women across countries, industries, and life stages. Mentees meet each other. They meet mentors. They meet people they wouldn't otherwise meet.

Talent and recruitment

Real pathways into work. Internships, work experience, and exposure to careers our mentees might not have known were open to them.

In 2019 bloss.m collaborated with the Women in Tech network to launch the first ever version of the bInspired programme. This initiative involved matching six students with six women mentors from Unilever.
