A mentoring and empowerment programme for ambitious, curious young women who are ready to grow but may not yet have access to the mentors, networks, or opportunities they deserve. Through one-to-one mentoring, personal development workshops, and a supportive community, bInspired helps girls and young women build the confidence and self-belief to pursue their goals.

Empowering Black girls across the UK.

Through leadership development, youth social action, technology for social good, mentoring, and real-world experiences, bloss.m Scholars is a four-year leadership academy designed to empower Black girls across the UK during some of the most formative years of their lives.

Both programmes are delivered in partnership with schools, community organisations, and corporate partners across the UK. Schools and community groups host cohorts, providing the spaces and pastoral support that make the programmes work.

Corporate partners fund delivery, supply mentors and speakers, and offer the workplace exposure that turns ambition into action. Every partnership is built to last, because the change we're investing in does too.

    What I found at Bloss.m was more than a team; it was a space where women uplifted one another, shared their stories, and reminded each other of what was possible. It gave me the opportunity to have meaningful conversations about identity, ambition, and the women we hoped to become. 

    When I returned the following year for the arts bootcamp, I arrived expecting to inspire young girls, but instead found myself inspired by them. Watching them dance, create, and express themselves so freely was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when young women are given the space to simply be without shrinking themselves, without pretending and without fear. 

    That is what Bloss.m creates: a community where girls can find their voice, recognise their worth, and bloom into themselves. I am incredibly grateful to have been a small part of that journey.
