How we work.
Every part of bloss.m is built around three pillars. They shape the programmes, the partnerships, and everything in between.
Learning and development
We help young women build the skills, confidence, and self-belief that schools don't always teach. Through workshops, mentoring, leadership development, and wellbeing-focused sessions designed to change the lives of young women.
Community and networking
We build communities that actually stick. Whether that's mentor-mentee pairings, peer networks, community events, or the wider bloss.m alumni, the relationships built at bloss.m are long-term by design.
Talent and recruitment
We open doors that have historically been closed. Through partnerships with global organisations, we create real pathways into work, through internships, mentorship, work experience, that can change the futures of young women.

The work doesn't stop when a cohort finishes. bloss.m isn't only about what happens inside our programmes. We run workshops, host events, share research, produce the HER Ambition podcast, and bring our community together throughout the year.

Founded in the UK, with growing presence in the United States. Our programmes currently operate across the UK, India, South Africa, Nigeria, and the US, and our community spans further still.
