bIsnpired x Unilever
The first bInspired programme. Six students from South-East London matched with six mentors at Unilever's Women in Tech network. What started as a seven-month pilot in 2019 has since grown into a programme running across four countries and shaping every bInspired cohort that's followed.

b.Inspired x Hg
A six-month mentoring programme pairing 33 young women — 81% from ethnic minority backgrounds — with mentors at private equity firm Hg. Mentees gained one-to-one mentoring, workshops on the realities of private equity, and exposure to an industry that's historically been hard to reach.
